- Implementation work or day-to-day engineering management
- Unused-hour rollover unless agreed in writing

Timing and scope
Meeting windows, communication channels, response expectations, and agreement term are set before the engagement begins.
Additional capacity and implementation are quoted separately before work proceeds.
