Services & pricing
Know the scope. Know the starting point.
Transparent pricing for focused decisions, practical plans, and defined engineering delivery.
| Service | Price | Basis | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technology Decision Review | $2,500 | Fixed fee · one defined decision | You have a specific decision, an internal owner, and existing materials we can review. |
| AI & Integration Blueprint | From $7,500 | Fixed proposal · one priority workflow | You know the business problem and need requirements, architecture, and a credible implementation sequence. |
| Implementation Sprint | From $15,000 | Fixed proposal · a defined implementation | Your requirements are sufficiently clear, the necessary access is available, and someone will own the delivered system. |
| Ongoing Technical Advisory | From $2,500/month | Monthly agreement · bounded capacity | You already have implementation coverage and need a consistent technical reviewer and sounding board. |
Final scope, schedule, fees, payment milestones, and applicable taxes are confirmed in a written proposal. Third-party costs are separate.
What shapes a quote
Price follows the work.
The starting scopes are deliberately bounded. We establish what is feasible before agreeing delivery commitments.
- Number of systems and workflows
- Quality of documentation and available data
- Permission, evaluation, and testing requirements
- Stakeholder coordination and delivery dependencies
- Training, handoff, and ongoing responsibilities
Before we begin
Questions, answered.
Do we need to start with a review?
No. A focused review is useful when the decision is uncertain. A blueprint fits when you need a plan. If requirements, access, and acceptance criteria are already clear, we can discuss implementation directly.
What do the starting prices cover?
Each service page describes a concrete starting scope. Additional workflows, systems, stakeholders, data preparation, or delivery responsibilities change the quote. The proposal establishes the final fixed fee.
Can you build production AI systems?
We consider scoped production AI initiatives involving architecture, integrations, evaluation, permission boundaries, and handoff. Complexity, operating responsibilities, and engineering capacity determine the proposal; a starting-price sprint is not a commitment to build an entire product.
Can you work alongside our engineers or agency?
Yes. We can define an architecture, review an approach, or deliver an agreed technical workstream alongside your existing team. Responsibilities and acceptance criteria are established at the start.
What costs are separate?
Software subscriptions, model/API usage, cloud infrastructure, and third-party services are separate unless explicitly included. Applicable taxes and payment milestones are stated in the proposal.
What happens after an implementation?
Documentation and the agreed handoff are part of the engagement. Any ongoing maintenance, warranty or defect-correction period, advisory, and support responsibilities are specified in the agreement. Around-the-clock support is not included.
When can a project start?
Start dates depend on the agreed scope, client inputs, and available capacity. We confirm the schedule before accepting an engagement. A project inquiry does not reserve a slot.
Can our AI assistant help us evaluate Avant?
Yes. Service pages publish scope, prices, inputs, exclusions, and timing assumptions in accessible text. A JSON service catalog provides the same information in a structured format. The project inquiry form sends your details directly to Avant and returns a submission reference.
